MagikDev ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at magikdev.ca. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data submitted through this site. • Booking link. If you book a call via the HubSpot meeting link, HubSpot collects your name and email address on our behalf.

We do not collect data passively through analytics trackers in our default configuration. If we add web analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

How we use it

Personal data submitted via forms is used solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. We do not sell, share, or license personal data to third parties for marketing or any other purpose. We do not use your data to send unsolicited communications unless you explicitly opt in (such as the quarterly newsletter subscription).

Third-party services

HubSpot. Our contact forms and booking system are powered by HubSpot, Inc. (Cambridge, MA, USA). When you submit a form or book a call, your data is transmitted to HubSpot's servers. Data retention

We retain personal data submitted via forms for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a reasonable business record. If you request deletion, we will remove your data from our systems within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.

Your rights

• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion ("right to be forgotten")
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)
